Thoughts from the Tournament

My score of 227 put me in a tie for 44th. I shot 80-71-76. It didn't go as I had visualized or planned, but I am pretty happy with how I was able to battle back during Round 2 and make the cut. I didn't putt particularly well because for some reason I wasn't able to figure out the speed of the greens on Eagle Eye. I was continuing to leave myself 6-8 foot par putts. I made a few of them, but that couldn't go on all day and I missed a few of them. My short game kinda left me too. I definitely hit the ball better than my score, but that is the way it goes. New Driver and Irons

I just got my new Irons and Driver this week. I am excited to start hitting them.  This year I again will be on the Callaway Golf Staff. I will be playing the FT-9 iMix driver and the X-Forged Irons. I'll give my reviews on both after playing with them for a few rounds. They definitely pass the first test! They look great!

Last Rounds of Golf??????

How about this great weather?! Come out and get some of the last rounds of golf in before the snow starts flying! With Temperatures in the high 60's to low 70's how can you pass it up. Hey everyone!

Just a little update as to what is going on. I have had an extremely busy summer with about 6 weeks left of great golfing weather. I am playing in the Michigan PGA Championship August 25-27th, 2008.
